ImageDesign offers programs to corporations and non-profit groups on topics relating to image such as Professional Dress, Business Casual, Etiquette and Non-Verbal Communication. ImageDesign can help write your company’s dress code policy, provide employees with examples of appropriate and inappropriate office dress, and assist with compliance.
ImageDesign also offers one-on-one consultations. These include advice on:

- Which colors bring out your best features
- Hairstyle and makeup recommendations

About ImageDesign’s Founder
Sharon Kornstein, AICI, CIP founder and president of ImageDesign has an undergraduate degree in business from the Wharton School and brings four years of corporate Wall Street experience and twelve years of fashion related experience to ImageDesign. Sharon studied image consulting at Fashion Institute of Technology and earned an advanced degree in image management from the London Image Institute. She is one of only 133 image consultants worldwide to be considered ”Certified Image Professional” through the Association of Image Consultants International.
Sharon has helped individuals, executives and business owners refresh their wardrobe and has contributed to their success through noticeable changes in their appearance. She works one-on-one with men and women by obtaining information from a detailed lifestyle questionnaire and integrating that with their physical attributes and their budget.
Sharon teaches image development at the Adult School of Madison (NJ), has participated in the Stand and Deliver program at Rutgers University, and has spoken on Dining Etiquette, Business Dress and Interview Skills at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Montclair State University, New York University and Bergen Community College. She has given corporate programs to Novartis, Cablevision, NY Life, Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, and Lowenstein Sandler, among others. Sharon is currently President of Metro Business Alliance and is also an Officer and Founding Member of the Wharton Club of New Jersey. She belongs to the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce, The Association of Image Consultants International and Temple Beth Shalom.
About ImageDesign’s Sales Associate
Lori Bortniker, sales associate at ImageDesign LLC, will be concentrating on men’s wardrobes, including custom shirts,
suits, sport coats and ties. Her eye for color and her ability to select the perfect styles and fabrics for her customers attribute to her great success. Lori truly understands her customers’ needs, industries and what makes their wardrobe most effective. She excels at creating individual outfit combinations that flatter and complement the wearer.
Lori graduated from the University of Maryland where she studied fashion merchandising and textile marketing. Lori has an extensive background in the fashion industry including work with the manufacturers Kenar and Tapemeasure.
Lori is an active member at Pine Brook Jewish Center.
