ImageDesign offers programs to corporations and non-profit groups on topics relating to image such as Professional Dress, Business Casual, Business Etiquette and Non-Verbal Communication. ImageDesign can help write your company's dress code policy, provide employees with positive examples of appropriate office dress and assist with compliance.

ImageDesign also offers one-on-one consultations.

Personal shopping is available after the initial consultation. Shopping sessions can be scheduled with or without client and may include pre-shopping done by consultant alone in order to pull and hold necessary items. ImageDesign will tailor a shopping trip to your budget and wardrobe needs and our consultants have access to several private label clothing lines.

Sharon Kornstein, founder and president of ImageDesign has an undergraduate degree in business from the Wharton School and brings four years of corporate Wall Street experience and eight years of fashion related experience to ImageDesign. Sharon also has a degree in image management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and she recently completed a course in Advanced Image Techniques at the London Image Institute.

Sharon teaches image development at the Adult School of Madison (NJ), has participated in the Stand and Deliver program at Rutgers University, and is an annual speaker at New York University Business School's undergraduate orientation on interviewing techniques, business dress and etiquette. She has given corporate programs to Merrill Lynch, Novartis, Cablevision, and Firmenich, among others. She recruits for Wharton and is on the Board of Directors of the Wharton Club of New Jersey. Sharon has served as secretary of the New York Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International and was treasurer of their international convention in Toronto.

A professional Image Consultant, Sharon has the experience and good taste to help her clients achieve their image goals by integrating information from a detailed lifestyle questionnaire with their physical attributes and their budget. She will prepare a staggered shopping list and include topical suggestions on color, style, fabric, accessories and shopping venues.
